Just moments ago I decided to login to my Hive Blockchain blog known as @rentmoney to create a blog post. But what do I blog about? Splinterlands seems like an easy choice since I have a wide range of knowledge on the subject. Now lets narrow it down a little to a specific aspect. What if we blog about the games Rebellion General Sale that is starting in just days time (Nah, there's all-ready plenty of posts doing just that). I know how about the land expansion that was recently introduced to the Splinterlands game (Nah, that is exciting but many are creating such posts?). How about we share and breakdown a Splinterlands battle (Nah, tons are doing that as well). You know what I haven't seen allot of, giveaways, lets do that.

What Is Splinterlands?
I sometimes forget someone new might be stumbling upon my created content not knowing what the heck I'm talking about. Rebellion? Splinterlands? What are these things? The Answer: Splinterlands is a play2earn game that is hosted on the Hive Blockchain. Rebellion is one of the sets of NFT's (Cards) that are playable within the Splinterlands game. These NFT's (and others) can be used to win assets that hold real monetary value. Splinterlands has its own on-site trading platform (trading and gaming all possible from the same site). There are also many secondary markets in which you can trade your Splinterlands assets on including but not limited to Hive Dex's such as TribalDex and Hive-Engine. What Are Rebellion Packs?
Rebellion booster packs are Splinterland assets that hold five cards (NFT's) that are playable in-game. Out of these five NFT's one is guaranteed to be a rare or better. These and other NFT's are tradable within the official Splinterlands site and on many secondary markets. Cards can be used to win rewards in tournaments and ranked play or staked on land to earn SPS and grain. There's also a rental market where cards can be listed for rent.
