Talking of myself concerning my dreams, I always pray to God that, he should give me the strength to chase my dream, and become who I want to be, because, there are times, I used to feel very uncomfortable with the way things are going on.
Therefore, what give me the strength is when I remember who I see myself for, even if, I have not gotten to that stage or, not even getting close, as I may feels, yet, thinking about the dream gives me much hope that everything are going to be alright.
We all needs to hope on something, hope gives us the courage to continue pursuing our dreams, but we must not let God out of it, because God can do all things.
As an individual, it will be very unfortunate for us to fold our hands and stop hustling, something is certain, and that is, everyday, we have a good opportunity to chase our dreams and become the man we want, I have promised myself that, no matter the storms, I will not stop going for who I want to be.
I attended an interview one certain time, and on my turned to be interview, the Human resource Manager began to tell me the stages of his life hustle.
Unlike the organization background I expected he would asked me, or why I felt I was the right person for the job, it turns out that, he discussed a different agenda.
He told me how he became the HR manager and what he has went through in life, how he was laughed at, but he never gave up on his dreams.
He believed he was going to overcome the storm and he did, he asked, if I have worked as a motor conductor before, I responded, i have not, and he go on that, he has worked as a motor conductor sometimes, when things were very tough with him.
Infact, it was the option left for him to used and carter for himself and his family, but it was still that motor conductor work he did that his blessings came through and today, he is where he supposed to be.
His words were interesting, then he opened up the reason he said that to me, was because, he saw how I came and be seated and not been freightened like others and I took the interview just like a normal thing, to cut it short, he hired me and I work with the company for a year, until they relocated to a new location and I could not go to the new location because I was still in school by then.
The HR manager let me to understand that, it doesn't matter where or how you start, but important thing is to know your direction and never forget who you are.
The storms would not be forever, so do not stop chasing your dream, don't let the storm stop your smile, continue and you would succeed.
