Hi guys, nice to meet you again. This week I'm sure we're all doing well, even though there are many problems we have to face because it's part of life. This time the theme of the Hive open mic is very challenging, which is "Long Night". Actually it's a bit difficult to decide which song I'm going to choose, but my choice fell on one of the songs from the duo between catpower & coldplay band.
To enter this week's competition, I chose a song called "Wish I Was Here" performed by catpower featuring coldplay, a little conclusion I have about this song, Cat Power's soulful vocals blend perfectly with Coldplay's melodious and atmospheric touch. The minimalist instrument creates a melancholic atmosphere that invites listeners to get lost in deep feelings. This song is perfect for moments when someone wants to soak up the calm and long night atmosphere.
