This is my entry for the #monomad challenge curated by @monochromes today.
Good evening everyone and hope you have a nice day and are in good condition. This Wednesday I went back around the garden behind my house and there I found this Acraea terpsicore butterfly species, I saw this butterfly perched on one of the wild leaves and at that time I immediately approached it to take a picture of this beautiful butterfly.
After approaching it, this butterfly flew towards another wild leaf and at that time I had to wait for this butterfly to calm down so that I could take a picture of this species of butterfly, and this butterfly has a rather small body shape with a yellowish brown motif color and looks very beautiful with the motifs on both wings, and you can see below some portraits of this beautiful butterfly species.
Acraea terpsicore , the tawny butterfly, is a small, rough-winged butterfly measuring 53–64 millimetres (2.1–2.5 in) common in grassland and scrub habitats. It belongs to the family Nymphalidae or brush-footed butterflies.....Wikipedia
Then I also found this Acrida cinerea grasshopper species from its long body shape with green color, and has a rather long ribbon with eyeballs that look very interesting and at that time I saw it crawling on one of the wild leaf stems, and as usual I immediately approached it and took some shots of the picture that looked very beautiful and graceful, and all my friends can see it below.
Acrida cinerea, sometimes called the Oriental longheaded grasshopper/locust or the Chinese grasshopper[2] though this name is also applied to Oxya chinensis, is a member of the Acrididae family.....Wikipedia
