Bitterness comes to my mouth accompanying the sweet taste of dark. Along with the strong flavored companion, happiness comes in a lapse of unconsciousness. Maybe a malaise the next day and a plain coffee to kill the malaise.

One day I was brave enough to try the dangerous combination, I liked it, but then the pain of discomfort and I never again fell into the tempting sin of a coffee with bitterness. Can you tell me what that bitter companion is?

Sort:

Dont put too much garlic to your coffee! it may give you more energy, but the taste can actually become too bitter.

Garlic? No, it's definitely not garlic, hehehe.

In Mexico they call him "Piquete" and boy can he revive the dead.

Good day.

AHAHA your description is very fun! Are you by chance rum?

Hehehe... Almost, almost, it's an alcoholic drink, but it's not rum. You almost hit the jackpot.

Good day.

Hahaha!

Could it be Baileys?

Hehehe... No, almost, but no. It is a liquor called aguardiente, which is made from sugar cane. I think I mentioned in another comment that in Mexico they call this combination "piquete".

Good day.

Aguardiente is definitely an alcoholic beverage. I tried it once when I was in the Paramo and the cold was freezing us. We had the thermometer at -6 degrees Celsius and the gas in the vehicle had frozen. The coffee with liquor saved our lives. The next day my head was exploding.

We have a winner...
Excellent, you hit the nail on the head. ☕

It is a great story that happened and with a savior like coffee and aguardiente.
