Good morning to all my beloved hive friends and to all my respected mushroom lover friends ♥️
Two days ago, in the afternoon, it rained very heavily in my area, which slightly disturbed my activities, but the rain did not last too long, so after the rain stopped, I was able to resume my activities. After the rain, I started walking towards the garden next to my house to hunt for mushrooms, and I did it alone.
The very cold weather made me hesitate to continue this hunt, but because my position was already in the garden, I continued this hunt. I also walked towards the river with the aim of hunting for mushrooms growing on the banks of the river, because after the flood a few days ago there were a lot of dead wood and trees carried by the flood so it is likely that there are several types of mushrooms growing there.
The very slippery and muddy ground was also a major obstacle for me at that time because of the lack of preparation, plus the rain that had just stopped made the ground very slippery. And when I was almost at the edge of the river, I again managed to find a unique mushroom, namely the hairy cup mushroom.
Maybe when the dry season arrives, I will definitely have difficulty finding this mushroom again, because this mushroom can probably only grow in places that have a cold and humid atmosphere. And my statement all this time turned out to be wrong, I thought this mushroom could only grow on dead oil palm trees, but it turns out that this mushroom can grow on several other trees too, it is truly unique.
What makes me very interested in this mushroom is the shape of this mushroom which looks like a cup, and the fine hairs on all parts of this mushroom can also add to the uniqueness and interest when looking at it, especially if we look at it from a close distance, the beauty of this mushroom will be even more pronounced.
After I took this picture of the mushroom, I immediately left it and started walking back towards the river.
The river water condition was not too fast but it looked a bit murky and dirty because of the rain. I stood on the edge of the river to see some dead trees in the river, and after looking around I managed to see a piece of tree branch right in the river, finally I went straight down to the river to see it closer.
And when I was close to the tree branch, how surprised I was when I saw a very unique mushroom growing there. However, there was no way I could photograph the mushroom in this very narrow and dark place so I tried to move the tree branch to an open place with enough light.
After I managed to move this tree branch to an open area, I immediately took a picture of this unique mushroom.

And yes, again and again I managed to find a very unique type of mushroom. And this is the first time I have found this mushroom, so my curiosity about this mushroom has been answered. I often see this mushroom in some of my friends' posts on the hive and this is the first time I have managed to find it myself, what an amazing discovery.
And maybe I will call this mushroom with the name hairless cup mushroom Lol. This mushroom itself looks a bit similar to the first mushroom I found in this hunt, both in terms of shape and color, but what makes it different is that this mushroom looks plain and has no hair.
However, before I knew it, it was already half past five in the afternoon and I was still on the river, so I quickly decided to go back up and hunt for mushrooms on the way home. And when I arrived back at the plantation next to my house, I again found a huge pile of mushrooms.
Luckily on my way home I took a different path than the one I had taken before, so I was able to find a very large pile of mushrooms. The mushrooms themselves were yellowish white and grew in pieces on the ground, and I had time to dig a little bit of the soil where the mushrooms were growing to see if these mushrooms were really growing on the ground or if there was a tree in the ground, and it was true that these mushrooms were really growing directly on the ground.
After I captured the beauty of the mushroom, I immediately continued my journey home. It can be said that in this hunt I really managed to find several types of mushrooms that are very beautiful and unique, even though I did this hunt alone, but the results I got were truly amazing.
