Hello Asean Hivers!
Let me share the part two of my daughters oil pastel artwork, this time they made "The Sunset".
Second time mixing colors isn't hard as the first time, now she is doing just fine.
My eldest is confident on how she colors the oil pastel for bright colors and nicer result after mixing the colors.
This is her first time making palm tree but she insisted on making a coconut tree because she was so amazing by it. Every time she saw a coconut tree she says "It's a coconut tree!" with a scream and little jumps.
She didn't ask for any help, she did it on her own version of this artwork.
They slowly remove the paper tape, I guess putting tapes on all sides makes it look more classy. It serves as a frame and look clean without the smudge.
My youngest's artwork, she draw the leaves that way 'cause they are dancing in the breeze of the ocean as she says.
My eldest draws a huge boat as huge as the cruise ship as she dreams to travel the world while sailing so she can watch the sunset and sunrise over and over again, also hoping that she will be able to see those sea creatures that we sea in her story book "The Snail and the whale".
Look at their smiles, they are so happy that they made another artwork and their skills in oil pastel color mixing is improving.
Thanks for dropping by, until my next blog!
More oil pastel artwork are coming soon...
