Hello dear Foodies Bee Hive community, it is always a pleasure for me to share with you what I cook, I am not an expert, just an amateur who likes to eat delicious food, without many complicated procedures, and without having to invest a lot of time in preparation, That is why I try to make my recipes as simple and well explained as possible, so that they are encouraged to prepare them and not get bored in the process.
The preparations I make are adapted to what I like to eat, perhaps you don't like or dislike some of the ingredients I use, the ideal in this case would be that you can replace it with another food of your choice or eliminate it. of preparation, so you can add your personal touch.
Pollo Con Queso Mozzarella Gratinado / Chicken with Mozzarella Cheese Gratin
Ingredientes:
•Pechuga de pollo
•Tocino
•Pimentón
•Cebolla blanca
•Brocoli
•Aceite de Oliva
•Crema de Leche
•Queso Mozzarella
•Mostaza
•Pimienta
•Ajo
•Sal
Ingredients:
• Chicken breast
• Bacon
• Peppers
• White onion
• Broccoli
• Olive Oil
• Milk Cream
• Mozzarella Cheese
• Mustard
• Pepper
• Garlic
• Salt
Preparación / Preparation
Chop the chicken into strips, place in a bowl and add the salt, pepper, garlic and mustard, mix and let it rest for 10 minutes, then in a frying pan with a high flame, add olive oil and fry the chicken. Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes, remove from the heat and set aside.
In another pan we place olive oil and sauté the onion and paprika, let them soften a little to add the broccoli, sauté for approximately 3 minutes so that the vegetables are not too soft.
Then we add the chicken and the heavy cream, mix until they are integrated, add the mozzarella cheese and place in a preheated oven at 250° F, until the cheese melts.
In a small, very hot frying pan, place the finely chopped bacon and fry in its own fat until crispy.
Once the cheese is melted, add the bacon and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes, until it melts and turns golden brown.
I ate it alone, because as I have already mentioned in previous recipes, I am on a ketogenic diet and this does not allow me to consume carbohydrates, but you can accompany it with rice, mashed potatoes, toasted bread or long pasta, as follows: whatever it is is delicious.
You can replace broccoli with cauliflower and bacon with salami or ham, the important thing is that you prepare it with ingredients you have on hand.
