Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I was awesome in Splinterlands today and won more than 75% of the battles I entered and gained a 400 rating today, it's the first time in a long time that my win rate has been this high in a day. It's incredible that I have gained so many ratings even though I haven't fought many battles, I still have 35 energy. Actually, I was very unlucky in the current season, but today I managed to break my bad luck.
Here is the latest battle that allowed me to advance to the Gold I League.
In fact, the opposing player had much more powerful cards and my summoner was level 4 while the opposing player's summoner was level 8. Also, most of the opposing team's cards were at max level. However, my strategy worked better and my team won the battle easily. Although having powerful cards is a great advantage, this alone is not enough and having a good strategy is also very important to be able to win the battle , which was clearly seen in this battle. I will publish my detailed review of this battle in my Social Media Challenge post this week.
We get chest rewards for unlocking each higher league, which I think is really cool to get extra rewards and adds a different excitement to the game. And today I got 6 Major and 9 Minor chest rewards for unlocking Gold I and here is what I got from the 15 chests;
I got 9 Common cards, 24 potions and 925 Merits from the chests. I didn't get any big rewards but it was still exciting to open 15 chests. Frankly, I'm happy to get 9 Rebellion reward cards from the chests, even though they are Common, I think they are not bad at all.
Today was a really amazing day for me and if I remember correctly, for the first time I gained 400 rating in one day and advanced 2 leagues. It really was an incredible day and I wanted to share my feelings with you. My next goal for the current season is to advance to the Diamond League and I would love to play there. I know that playing in the Diamond League in the Modern format will not be easy for me, but I really want to experience playing there, there are about 5 days and 17 hours left until the end of the season, let's see if I can do it.
