Mom keep on mentioning the new Pizza house somewhere in Poblacion, near the Elementary School, owned by her friend. She wants to try it but we are not sure about the exact place. She knows the owner of that shop, but the owner just saying it's near Bansud Central School but where? Lol.
Mom really wants to try the Pizza so she decided to drive in there. I couldn't take a photo during the road trip because I am watching the back of Mom, if there's vehicle or something. I was so focus on it and scared to death too, coz Mom often used the brake and I feel like I am at the back of someone who's learning to drive for the first time. Lol. It's nerve-wracking, I tell yah! Lolol. But fortunately during the short travel, no accidents happened. I just can't help but to get anxious because the way Mom's drive is just sooooooo, scary, aigooo.
Anyways, we couldn't find the new Pizza shop near elementary school so we ended up buying our favorite Halo-Halo or Mix Mix in the public market. I actually saw a Pizza house near elementary school on the way to the Market, but I know that brand. I saw that brand in Pinamalayan and it's kinda expensive, lol. I told Mom about it but I'm not sure if it's the Pizza shop that her friend is talking because it is a bit far from the school, it's at the back. So she texted her and it is actually the shop of her friends, lol. It's already too late though because we already ordered the Halo-Halo, haha.
And the Pizza turned into Halo-Halo, lol. Mom is craving more for pizza but she told me that if Pizza is not available then we'll just have Halo Halo from Ate Neng shop. Ate Neng's halo halo is so much yummier than her brother's halo halo, and the oldies agreed to that. And here's our creamylicious halo-halo with some yummy and colorful ingredients.
Here's the ingredients of our Halo Halo, it has sweetened banana, pearl or sago, two different color of gulaman or jelly, soft macapuno, sweet corn, ube and the yema on top or what we called sweet custard, then the evaporated milk and crushed ice. With these simple ingredients, I'm sure even you can make this at home. One order of halo halo is 40 pesos only or $0.69 in today's rating. Really cheap right? But this sweet dessert taste really good. We ordered four halo halo, for me, Mommy F, Mama and Mommy D. I feel so full after having it that I didn't had dinner later that night. (◍•ᴗ•◍)
Cheers for the happy tummy! ┏(^0^)┛
