Hello Hivers, I hope you are very well and still enjoying your weekend that is not over. Although I have been very busy, it has given me time to participate in this dynamic weekend and I will respond with pleasure, because people are surprised to know that just those days when I work the most.
My husband and I are bartenders, we have more than 13 years in this world and in addition to working in nightclubs, restaurants, we have a mobile bar for private events, whether birthdays, weddings and any special meeting.
We are dedicated to create a menu of cocktails to suit the client and go to prepare them with our bar and all our service to the place that we are invited and just this weekend (specifically yesterday Saturday) we were working on a birthday that took place in a beach house outside the city. It was something intimate, only 30 people.
The site was beautiful, with a long pier in the middle of the beach that ended with a churuata, smaller ones, since the biggest one was close to the house and there the adults were gathered. It was a great night, we arrived at the house this Sunday at 4:00 am. Before leaving I went to look at the sea and there were many fish that usually fish at night, because they are attracted to the light.
Working on weekends is part of our lifestyle, I love working those days, even though it doesn't go well with our social life, since most of our friends work weekdays and when they want to meet up with us, it turns out that we have work and we can't 🤣.
It's strange that on a weekend we are at home and when it happens we feel kind of uncomfortable and go out. I see a lot of advantage in working on weekends, because it's two days of somewhat intense work, but with a five-day break and more profit. So I don't see any disadvantage.
Working this way allows me to be with my son on weekdays, take him to school and have more time as a mother to dedicate to him, as well as to myself and my husband. My time to go out to have a drink or something to eat is also on weekdays that coincide with the discounts to call more customers and with this another advantage 🤣.
My Sundays are quieter, I work at home preparing cocktails ready to go. When an event comes up it's always from morning to evening. In short, I love working on weekends.
