First, let me tell you about my material list.

Materials

Beans
Onion
Green pepper
Tomatoes (I used canned)
Red pepper
Black pepper
Salt
Tomato paste

Fabrication

I pre-chopped my beans and soaked them in salted water.
I used a pressure cooker to make it faster and more delicious, first I added olive oil to our pot and added my finely chopped onions and peppers and roasted them.
We added tomato paste to the roasted onions and peppers, threw our beans into it, and added our spices and canned tomatoes.
After frying a little, we added water on it and closed the lid of our pressure cooker and cooked it on low heat for 20 minutes after the sound came out.
In the meantime, let's move on to our rice, first, let's take our vegetable oil in our pot and add our barley vermicelli and fry a little.
We add bulgur to the roasted vermicelli and fry a little, then add the water and add the seasonings. After boiling over high heat until the salt and pepper boils, we put it on low heat and cook it until the rice is completely drained and our beans are cooked. Our meal is ready, with buttermilk and green pepper cress on the side, it will be great.

Önce sizlere malzeme listemi anlatayım.

Malzemeler

Fasulye
Soğan
Yeşil biber
Domates (ben konservemden kullandım )
Kırmızı biber
Karabiber
Tuz
