In the world we live in today, extravagant spending as being the order of the day, where people don't even think of what is needed for the future. It is so heart breaking to see young generations that could just invest the little they have, inorder to have a promising future, but they just waste it all, hoping on the elderly for future sustainability. A point must come in a man's live, where he must start creating pathway for himself, because the society doesn't give room for people that striving hard.
People who spends money on expensive materials are now celebrated globally. The truth is that, no one can actually accumulate wealth by spending on what is not necessary. No doubt, spending is good, but what we spend on matters alot.
Reserve are mostly in form of investment, as they are there to accumulate with time. Reserves are not meant to be touch just because it has reached a standard height, but it is meant for emergency cases and more investment plans.
For sometime now, it has being observed that people who are always making reserves don't suffer much during financial/economical crisis, as they can easily fall back to what is available in their store house. It is very important that we differentiate the difference between our reserve and main wealth, as it will help us to make proper planning on how to spend.
Somethings, people also find it difficult to differentiate between their personal needs and want. We somethings make purchases of things that are not of necessity to us, just because a friend of ours uses it. I still wonder why people go for two electronic devices, when they know that they can only use one regularly, or is it possible to make use of two Computers at same time ?
Making reserve has a way of telling how someone's future is gonna look like. While making this reserve, the journey might not be easy, as several temptations could come one's way.
I have a friend who has invested in so many token with his own personal penny he gets from his parents. He has deprived himself from so many things that attracts a person.
Benefits Of Making Reserve
The major benefit of making reserve is mostly felt in times of need. Being in a crucial position where no assistance can come in, your reserve is a perfect missing puzzle for it. We can also refer a Reserve as Backup.
And also, reserve in form of investment tend to accumulate with time, therefore, more wealth would be generated.
Those who make reserve don't go about seeking for financial help/assistance. With what you have, you can easily get what you want. Spending it all would cause more damage, instead, just go for a reserve.
In Conclusion
Being able to identify the difference between personal needs and want matters alot, going for your needs only helps to reserve from your want. Extravagant spending like others is not necessary, because all that matters is the future, and reserving for the future is never too late.
