in #hive-1230463 years ago

Hello, my fellow friends on ecoTrain community how are we doing today, hope we all are good. Greetings from @salvctoria22.

Well, today I will be talking about this amazing topic of ours that was brought by @ecotrain in other for us to share out our thoughts on we understand by the topic.

First of all I will just give out the meaning of the "guru" and "Teacher"

The word guru
Guru can be known as a personal religious teacher and spiritual guide in Hinduism, in other words a teacher especially an intellectual guide in matters of fundamental concern has been a guru to many Young writers, a guru is one who is an acknowledge leader or chief proponent who later became the guru. In the Sanskrit language guru means "teacher" A guru guides the spiritual progress of their students which is known as (shishya) Now through the guru's spiritual psychological and practical insight, instructions are tailored According to what they see is required for the students to learn and advance spiritually.
The word Teacher
They provide the power of knowledge and it is the basis for all things that can be accomplished in life, teachers provides the power of knowledge to today's youth thereby giving them the possibility for a better future, teachers simplify the complex and also make abstract concepts accessible to students, teachers are also the ones who motivate the students to do better in every domain and as well help achieve their goals through their guidance as well as to differentiate between right or wrong.

There is no requirement to have a guru though most Hindu traditions hold that having a guru is immensely beneficial for one's spiritual knowledge and advancement in other words, while you do not know have a guru to reach enlightenment it's easier with a guru.

However, not only guru will help you in the spiritual journey but will also give you in your household life he will also give you intuition powers in other to decide what is good or what is bad for your life, he will also give you powers to decide what path to take which will be of benefit for your soul and he will guide you which path to avoid.

Therefore a safe with such attributes can fit in the description of a true guru, he is always absorbed in the self and remain in constant rememberance of the supreme, He is satisfied in every circumstance and participate in a holy congregation.

However, it is also said that guru controls the fruition of karmas just as a mother bird will protect her little one from storms under her wings, A guru is one who speaks truth but he doesn't stop with that actually but also encourages or as well motivate others to be truthful.

Maybe I might have done what you guys should be expecting from maybe not but this is what I think I understand by the topic.

The truth is that we need either a teacher or guru to help us stand on our feet in spiritually. They have more knowledge than us, and so going to them to help us grow spiritually will be a good thing and idea to have. Thanks for sharing your view on this topic.
