Hello fellow hivers, we got a special topic this week and is all about your health and my health.. Like they will always say "health is wealth ".
So before we enter the main topic i would like you to know what it means to be healthy, why we should eat healthy foods, why we consider fruits as healthy.
What does it mean to be healthy---To be healthy means to be stable mentally and physically.. The world health organization (WHO) also describe being in a state of complete physical, mental and social well being in the absence of sickness or diesease.
Sometimes being health should not only be on the physical but also socially.
Why should we be eating to be healthy---- some people prefer eating foods, some prefer supplications, for energy building of the body, so also prefer taking capsuls, such as calcium capasuls...
But i think the best thing to eat and be more healthier are fruits..... Because fruits are on of the excellent and poweful source of essential minerals and vitamins. Some fruits also very high in fiber. Fruits in some cases due to this high fiber can actually prevent diseases, cancer, diabetes and they sometimes produce some essential vitamins and minerals the normal body do not produce()

Some people do ask why fruits are considered as healthy ----fruits are considered as healthy because they contain a lot of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.. And in some cases some fruits are used for medications.
