Hive open mic week 233 thema: "Zodiac"
The zodiac is a system of astrology that divides the ecliptic, which is the annual path of the sun through the sky, into 12 equal parts, each represented by a constellation of stars.
The 12 zodiac signs are divided based on the position of the sun at the time of a person's birth. Each zodiac sign has characteristics and traits associated with the constellation of stars that represents it. They use the zodiac to track the movement of the sun and moon, and connect it to various natural events and human life.
And also, after I understand about the zodiac, many people use the zodiac as a prediction of human characteristics according to their birth date and month.
For example, Aries is known as a zodiac sign that is passionate and courageous, Taurus is known as a zodiac sign that is practical and patient, and Gemini is known as a zodiac sign that is communicative and intelligent.
And many people also believe in the zodiac because the descriptions of traits given are very general and can apply to anyone. This is called the Barnum effect, where people tend to believe statements that are vague but seem personal. And I also often look at my zodiac sign and other people's, and I use it as a form of entertainment and a tool to understand myself and others. and I am a virgo zodiac that coincides in this month, but from the prediction of traits and characteristics I only take positive things.
But it comes back to us again to believe in things like the prediction of traits and characters given and accompanied by our birth date and month.
And on this week 233, I'm performing a song titled "Mimpi yang Sempurna" (Perfect Dream)from the band paterpan.
peterpan is an Indonesian rock band formed in 2000 in Bandung, West Java. This band was formed under the name Peterpan by Ariel (vocals, acoustic guitar, tambourine), Andika (keyboard, piano), Indra (bass guitar), Lukman (lead guitar), Reza (drums, percussion), and Uki (rhythm guitar). Their music is generally in the alternative rock and pop rock genre, most of the songs are written by the vocalist, Ariel. More than nine million albums have been sold in Indonesia. and now the band has changed its name to Noah.

even though the band has changed its name, I still admire the peterpan version until now. because many of their songs provide a deep message for the life we live.
and so the song I bring, a perfect dream, tells about a beautiful dream and how someone tries to achieve it, even though reality may not always support.
and this song gives a strong message, a song full of inspiration and motivation. This song reminds us that dreams are something beautiful and worth fighting for, even though the path to a dream is not always easy. This song invites us to remain optimistic and believe that our dreams can come true with strong determination and effort.
and also I want to convey about this song and unite it with the character traits of the zodiac forecast.
even if there is something positive from the zodiac forecast about the character traits of our birth, if it really fits us, be it determination, courage, and self-confidence, we must apply those positive things in our lives, so that it becomes a form of happiness for ourselves. like the meaning of the song which must continue to fight in order to get the perfect dream.
