In this opportunity I want to share with all of you a reflection oriented to the way in which we as human beings can perceive our own criticisms.
So that in our life course we can make criticisms oriented to ourselves it is convenient that we draw a set of guidelines and strategies with the objectives that these self-criticisms do not damage our self-esteem and instead of discouraging us serve to boost our desire and be successful in life.
It is important beforehand to consider self-criticism as a capacity that we can even perfect according to our personality and interests in life, once we have considered self-criticism as a capacity that we possess and that we can develop in favor of our well-being.
To consider that self-criticism can become a positive tool for us, it is necessary that it makes us aware of the value it has for us to be able to evaluate our own behavior before the people closest to us and society in general, such evaluation should imply the possibility of being able to make changes in our behavior to improve it to our convenience.
To obtain the best of the benefits we must try that the self-criticism benefits us, for it we have to make a constructive self-criticism, for it to be constructive we must have well thought and identified the problem that we are having and on the basis of it to value the possible solutions. In relation to the constructive thing that this implies, we simply must understand that the main objective of the self-criticism is that we can improve, for it is useless to blame ourselves and to punish ourselves for something that has happened to us badly, if at the end what we are interested in is to improve.
