500 g of flour
1 yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml of warmish water
1 tablespoon vinegar
Put the yeast in a bowl, add sugar and two teaspoons of warmish water and mix it and let it rise.
Knead the flour, vinegar, yeast and water into the dough. Knead for about 5 minutes until it sticks, if it sticks, add a little more flour.
Leave the dough to rest for 1 hour (it will double)
Take out the dough, mix it again on the floured surface, divide it into 4 parts.
Shape the roller from each part and make 4 or 5 parts from each of those rollers. So I'm in 4 parts and then another 4 and got 16 buns.
Shape the buns, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and leave for half an hour to rise.
Bake at 250 degrees for 12 minutes.
Spread:
2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 clove of garlic (grated) is your coating, coat hot buns with this coating.
I was make this buns when corona start and we had police hours, we in that days always make something to eat :) Happy we all are #alive and i post this recipe for #iamalivechalenge :)
