I just love this delicious food when my mother makes this curry for me.

Guten Tag, fellow food enthusiasts! Today, ve vill embark on a culinary adventure to create a tantalizing dish that vill surely awaken your taste buds: Soya Potato Curry with Tomato Twist. This vegetarian delight promises to be a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Ingredients:

  • Soya chunks
  • Potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Spices (cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, secret garam masala)
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Begin by soaking the soya chunks in hot water for about 15 minutes until they become soft and plump. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.

  3. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.

  4. Now, add diced potatoes and soaked soya chunks to the pan. Cook until the potatoes are slightly tender.

  5. Time to add the spices! Sprinkle coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well to coat the ingredients evenly.
