Wrapping up with ATV ride

First driving experience for the kids

Wrapping up.png

Finally the time came to say goodbye to Eco Retreat, Daringbadi and we loved the experience. This was our first trip to Eco Retreat and they set up the camps at many places in my state, so we have decided to plan and visit one of them each year. The biggest advantage is the all meal plan, where you don't spend anything extra, as there is no provision of taking any order (else kids will always find out a way to spend more). Apart from Eco Retreat camps, we have a lot of Nature camps being set by the Tourism department. We are yet to explore one, so that's also on the plan. After the boy completes his 12th this year, we will plan more frequent trips, because travel is the best form to refresh ourselves as well as gives exposure to the kids. My place Odisha is known as India's best kept secret for its scenic beauty and serenity, so if you are coming to India, then it's worth exploring a few places, you can find several options here : https://www.ecotourodisha.com/

You can also visit https://odishatourism.gov.in/, and we have some beautiful beaches as well, once you come, you will love coming again.

Whenever we travel, bed tea is my responsibility :) and she loves me doing it :) After all she provides all the service at home, so its my time outside.

The morning is so blissful at this place, so we decided to capture few last snaps.

The last breakfast, everyone was not very happy leaving the place :) But since we had two more spots to visit before coming back (as we planned ourselves), so I told them to not expect a good lunch, as we may not even find a good hotel. Later they thanked me for that.

The pick up van helped us take our luggage and leave at the parking.

The people at the reception called us for feedback, and just then the kids discovered the ATV and kid's play area. We forgot about these as we were busy exploring the nature, but once they saw it, there was no way I could deny.

This was their very first driving experience of any vehicle and ATV was a bit scary for Sara, but I still tried to teach her. I also put my hands on it, for the very first time. The boy loved it, after few attempts, here is a memorable video :

The side view of the area was lovely, imagine people living there down the hill.

Beautiful trip, beautiful photos, and beautiful family. An enjoyable read. I once got to spend some time in Kolkata and was lucky enough to even be there for Holi. It was fantastic, I had gone for a wedding of a close friend from there, who was able to give me the full native city experience. I really enjoyed my visit. Your area looks great too, and the only thing that surprised me here is that you are eating with a ... fork! 😉 When I went to restaurants with my native friends there, they laughed at me for using a fork.

the only thing that surprised me here is that you are eating with a ... fork!

Well, we end up eating by hand :) India's native experience is most happening and engaging.

It really is :) I really enjoy it.

It’s so wonderful to see the kids’ excitement with the ATV ride. Looks like a memorable experience for the whole family. Nice one big brother

Hehe
Such a wonderful place and outing, no doubt you guys enjoyed yourselves out there.

what a beautiful experience with the entire family, you took over the bed tea duty during your trip, pretty nice

It's a pleasure to see you with your family living at peak of peace. I really admire it ☺️ evil eyes off 📴

You're a good instructor to your family in riding the ATV ride as shown in the video.😊 They really happy to experience it too.😊

They really happy to experience it too

I also tried and it was quite good experience :)

It inspires me try the ATV soon too.😊😊

Looks like it was a really good time! My brother in law has ATV's and I always enjoy going over to his property and riding them.

I felt it needs more balancing act but quite fun.

It is really a very wonderful feeling to see that you have amazing time been spent with your families and loved ones

It seems like they had a great time, it's a nice experience for the kids and a nice place too :)

Ya, they enjoyed the place, and did not want to come back :) After all who wants to come back from such a serene place where you have nice food as well !!

Good food and good landscapes. A second visit is a great option :)

You have made me imagine the kind of fun I will have if I ever visit Eco retreat
The place looks beautiful and I’m glad you had your people had fun

I’m glad that your children had their first driving experience and it’s surely going to be a very wonderful one.
You all had nice times and I could see that on your faces
Keep enjoying!

@tipu curate

I imagine that this first driving experience of his children was also great in his faces when they have breakfast indicates not wanting to leave such a wonderful place

That place is really nice. I've seen your different posts about it and there is really a lot to see and do. Being able to go out and spend time with nature is always nice. I hope your family made a lot of wonderful experiences there, and you can look back at it in the future fondly.

The truth is that it is a dream place, how that is great since you can do many activities and especially outdoors and in contact with nature, also planning with the family, those moments are priceless

Such a wonderful experience to travel in that kind of place, hangout and relax together with a lovely family. Have a safe travel!

All pictures are fantastic 👌

Indeed. Not just rejuvenating, but also having exposure to different geographies.

My place Odisha is known as India's best kept secret for its scenic beauty and serenity

Yes, yes without an iota of doubt The discontinuous eastern ghat does offer scenic beauty in its large spread from Mayurbhanj to Malkangiri.

Breakfast was quite healthy and delicious.

Thank you.

How are you dear friend @sanjeevm
Without a doubt, travel, beyond getting to know different places, serves to strengthen the bond between family members.
It's good that the children have learned to drive the quadricycle, it is one of those very fun activities.
Beautiful shots, appreciate you sharing this experience.

I was not aware that this motor cycle or ride is known as ATV. Well, it's an addition to my knowledge. This is great to know about Ecotreat camping. I think it's initiative from state government ? Is it?
I would admit one thing that it's name itself is very appealing and the area is windy as the camping is among the hills.
Moreover, it's good to know that outside of home, you are giving tea duty 😉.
Hill view is beautiful ❤️😍.

It's really amazing to retreat and to have good times with family. My parent were the extremely busy type and cannot remember having any adventure with them and my siblings. I will certain make up for the good adventures I never had with parents and siblings after getting my own family.

Great pictures... seems you had an excellent time with your family 😄

I am so sure it must have definitely been quite adventurous
