El día de hoy les quiero compartir el proceso de esta ilustración basada en una de mis películas preferidas de Disney, que son Mulán y Pocahontas. ¡Espero les guste mucho!

Today I want to share with you the process of this illustration based on one of my favorite Disney movies, which are Mulan and Pocahontas. ¡I hope you like it a lot!
En primer lugar, recopile algunas imágenes de la película para usarlas como referencias para crear los personajes, la apariencia física, la expresión, la pose, y la ropa. Algo muy fundamental para poder transmitir la esencia del personaje.

First of all, collect some images from the movie to use them as references to create the characters, physical appearance, expression, pose, and clothing. Something very fundamental to be able to convey the essence of the character.
Luego comencé a dibujar el boceto, siempre inspirándome en todas las imágenes que seleccionaba como referencia, y luego seguí puliendo mi boceto hasta que estuve satisfecha con él, para después obtener su versión final.
Then I started to draw the sketch, always inspired by all the images I selected as a reference, and then I kept polishing my sketch until I was satisfied with it, and then I got the final version.
En este punto, llego el momento de elegir los colores para la ilustración. Se me hizo más fácil esta vez, ya que los colores están establecidos al ser un personaje existente.
At this point, it was time to choose the colors for the illustration. It was easier for me this time, since the colors are established as it is an existing character.
Bueno chicos a partir de la paleta de colores ya establecida, coloque los colores planos en el dibujo y luego agregué sombras y luces para hacerlo más atractivo. Esta vez decidí agregar unos acabados de pintura tradicional, como lo son pinceles con textura de acuarela y finalizando con lápices de colores.
Well guys from the color palette already established, I placed the flat colors in the drawing and then added shadows and lights to make it more attractive. This time I decided to add some traditional paint finishes, such as brushes with watercolor texture and finishing with colored pencils.
Finalmente, agregue algunos detalles menores y modifique los colores para que la ilustración se viera más viva. ¡Este es el resultado final!
Finally, add some minor details and tweak the colors to make the illustration look more alive. This is the final result!
