Hello everyone! Finally, I can blog about our coronation night, last May 11, 2024, at the IEC Convention Center. Let me start with the DIY Fun wear that I wore during the coronation night. This was designed and handcrafted by yours truly with the help of my sister @eventuree. This was made out of grocery bags and I chose this bright and vibrant color to represent my sassy and positive personality. I used my old swimwear for the upper and glued the roses my sister made, out from the eco bags. The skirt was made out of my daughter's old petticoat skirt and glued the rectangle cut pieces from the eco bags which made the whole ensemble pretty and bubbly.
I was enjoying myself on stage trying to be as jolly and as sassy as I could be, because, after all, it was a Fun wear segment. I also bought that extra colourful earrings to match my masterpiece. I may not be chosen as the best in fun wear that night but I was extremely grateful for I know that I did my best during the coronation night.
