Patience and hard work

If you are not a photographer or create photo content you might not be aware of this.

And I guess it is important to talk about it. Why?

Because there is a general idea that creating photography content is very easy, simple and take no effort.

But in this Internet Era that we livebis not as easy as you might think for many different factors.

First of all, not all your ideas, projects and visions end up turning out as planned. And that's why this article is named as it is. Remember that for each great photo that you see, many were taken. Sometimes you have an idea or you feel inspired, you start workingnin something but then when you look at it, realise that it was not what you thought it would be. And you have to scrap it and end up without any content to share.

That takes me to the next point, people are never satisfied no matter how much new content you keep coming out.

So if you work with photography, you have to work nonstop hours in capturing, editing and sharing all that content with everyone.

Thanks to the technology evolution, nowadays it is also easier to have access to tools that allow people to create photography. And that takes me to the last point I wanted to touch in this post.

There are too many people creating photography and not as many consuming as before. So to get seen and discovered it is getting more and more complicated.

For all this reasons, the next time you see someone sharing a photo that you like, remember all this factors and take a second to show them some love, drop a comment, like it and share it on your socials. Because that creator most likely put many hours of work on creating that for you to appreciate.

We could talk more in depth and relate this to the NFT photography world, but that is a whole other conversation we can have another day.

These photos I have shared with you today are some of the photos I have thought it would be a good idea but in the end I was not happy with the result and end up not making the cut to be part of my portfolio.

This is so true, and yet not many people do realize it. Probably because they also shifted from consuming to creating photographic content. And then you didn't even touch the AI generated 'art'.

Totally agree

Fotografia é um exercício de paciência. É trabalhoso, mas, recompensador.
