Thanks to the team of @Newbies Initiative, it's been a wonderful time in this program, it has so much depth and through it my eyes has been opened to new things I know not about @Hive in the past. This is the second task in this initiative, those questions will be answered below to the best of my knowledge.

What Has Been My Experience on Hive since I joined?
It's been a wonderful time here on hive, i did not regret ever taking the step to come on board. I wasn't happy with myself that I didn't join on time since @vickoly has informed me about @Hive since January this year before I later hop-in in July. Hive has shaped and sharpened my writing skills, I am not much of a writer but through #hive I have improve, almost everyone here can testify to how their life (social, mental and finances) has changed for good over time.
At a stage to be sincere with myself I was discouraged after putting time and resources into creating a wonderful post and getting low upvotes or rewards, while seeing other's content been promoted. Atimes I even throught I was doing something wrong, but through through tutorials from at @vickoly and other senior Hivers I have been able to overcome those hard times.
I got to know @hive has alot to offer, it is more than just creating and posting content, but more of engagement, communicating with people here and getting to know them among other things.
Reason Why Hive Frowns on Plagiarism
Plagiarism is the act of taking someone's idea, work or initiative and taking or claiming credit as been the one that has such content, without referencing or acknowledging the rightful owner.
This is the reason why @hive frowns at it,what is needed on this platform is original content, not duplicates or copy and paste materials. Though we can source and make use of few materials or pictures that best suit our write-up but with proper references and acknowledgment of the source we got them from.
Why is the Use of #tags Important on #hive
A tag is a label we attached attached to our writeups for the purpose of identifying, matching and linking our contents with the appropriate communities.
Adding the right tags to our post is of great importance because it will influences the upvote such vote will get and also if our post will get to the those people or community it is suitable for e.g posting in communities like @foodiesbeehive or @hivefood tags used has to be those suitable for it like #desert #breakfast #vegetarian.
Post with the right tags makes for easy visibility to curators thereby getting good curation and vice versa.
Examples of General Tags and Difference Between Tags
S/N GENERAL TAGS
1 Proofofbrain
2 Neoxian
3 Palnet
4 Hive
5 Vyb
6 Gems
The Tags above are examples of General Tags and can be used on any post on #hive which does not require writing about a unique or special topic before they can be used.
There are some Unique tags (e.g #needlework #recipe #leofinance #hl-exclusive #cinetv) which requires one to write content relating to specific #tags before such tag can be used, misuse of such tags is detrimental to the user, either through a downvote from curators of such tags, muting of that person's post among other penalties.
In conclusion, it is advisable to seek and have a better understanding of each #tags, know the guidelines and regulations that is attached with the use of such a tag, else such a post will not be visible to that tag curator.
