The prompt that keeps us moving ahead, refreshing our good old memories, is a real challenge by @ericvancewalton in #memoirmonday . If you would like to refresh your memory, kindly visit this prompt

Here goes the prompt.
Do you believe in miracles?

Yes I do belive in miracles. As mentioned earlier, Iam a God fearing person. I always believe a conversation with the Almighty is a must . Actually you get a soothing effect when you converse with the Almighty.

When something befalls me, many a tmes I have felt why this is happening only to me. Why me? Though we don't get the output then, in later part of years I have felt how lucky Iam for the same reason. May be this is also called as miracle.

My home once, but now being demolished and new buildings on rise.

Realities most often don't give positive response immediately, but as time goes by the transition that takes place in our lives is a big truth, in short, a big challenge. Very often, I imagine the wonders of nature, and we as superhumans, being one among them, Definitely its a miracle.

Let me share you an interesting and a painful memory, which happened yeaars ago, may be 12 years before, while working in an International school in Saudi Arabia. For the very first time the country experienced heavy floods, floods in the sense - the roads, the bridges were flooded with water. The roads was not visible, due to which many accidents occurred and people turned panic, as they were experiencing it for the first time. Too mamy peoples lost their loves.

One fine morning, as usual on a working day, my school bus arrived at 6.30 a.m. Me and my children got into the bus and reached the destination around 7.15 a.m. Everything went on well in the morning hours, when suddenly there was a drastic change in the climate. Further, we received an intimation from the ministry for the school to close down immediately and leave the campus immediately.

With a strength of more than 2000 students (some staying close by) and around 20 school buses plying within the city, the school authorities immediately arranged the transport.. While some of the buses left the school campus, some of them just started. But even before some of the bus started, the worst happened. The continuous downpour of severe rain, stopped all the buses. Some where in the middle of the journey, while some just started and the bus I was travelling, not to say, just left the school gate, hardly a minute away from the gate.

The rain just lashed severely not letting us to move forward. A real panic situation experienced for the very first time. The students became desperate. When the water level raised to the door level we could hear chorus screams and cries. Luckily, the people staying nearby was kind hearted and especially our bus broke down right in front of a hospital. Within minutes the admitted patients from the hospital, were evacuated to one room and the children from our bus were accomodated in the other rooms. Besides, we took over the corridors and reception area.

Neither the parents were able to come over to collect these kids, nor we could reach them to their homes. The electricity was also shut down after few minutes. The only mode of communication was mobile phones from the teachers to the parent. But it lasted only for few hours as the charge was running down for many of us. The children were from the age group of 7 to 15. Nearby, department stores were kind enough to provide bread, biscuits and bananas for the children free of cost We along with this little children had to spend an overnight at the hospital.

The very next morning, almost by mid noon, everything began to settle down and slowly, these little kids were entrusted to their panic striken parents.

An unforgettable experience in a lifetime. Infact, I will call this as one of the best miracles in my life, because the truth is, still Iam here. And I learnt the value of human life

Only such miracles will teach us, how much your life is worth. These photos were captured by my brother, on his recent visit to this place. The place which I left in the year 2015.

Thankyou for your valuable time.

Life puts us in unbelievable circumstances and we get out of them without even being able to explain.

Circumstances like that are scary, thankfully, you were all safe. I believe many miracles are happening around us, some we don't even realize.

That is very true. Somethings happen after a long time, but I believe it is for our good. May be its the testing time to increase our prayer.
