Hello everyone!

Today, while I was waiting for Total War: Warhammer III download, I wanted to try a little horror game, and I came across this interesting thing called Dark Fracture. It's not at its full release, but you can try out a demo.

According to the demo, the main character is a worker in a morgue, and trying to finish his shift as regular. But, probably because of hanging around in a morgue every day, he tries to keep his sanity stable, so he uses some pills. Also, he says they're watching him if he properly does his job. But suddenly, everything gets trill.

I won't give much details, since my post is not focused on introducing, but you can check some screenshots I got from the demo version.

On this scene, I tried to get a more realistic look with color grading. I don't like yellow lights actually, because I think the colder colors give more terrifying feel.

On this scene, I decreased the light a little bit, because the environment is kinda look like an abandoned morgue corridor. I put some green color grade to create an uncomfortable environment.

In here, there's a casual locker room, and I wanted to lockers' texture more visible. They designed the morgue area too dirty, I don't know why. But I didn't want to show that dirtier areas.

This is a corridor we lightening with a lighter. Corridor is more lighted on the left, but I wanted it to be lighted and dark in the same time. And wanted to old texture of the walls more visible.

I hope you like these works. I'll try to work on and share different screenshots as well, but it's kinda random thing. See you in the other posts.

Now if only the game looked that good from the get go. It's a good thing there's a lot of decent reshaders out there.

The game looks pretty good on the visuals, but honestly, I didn't like much of the horror elements. They were kinda cheap jumpscares, but not sure about the whole game. I think I'll give it a chance when its full release.
