Introduction
Happy Sunday all. I'm quite happy as I finally achieved that sweet 250k SPS which has given me a badge on Hive and access to an extra chat channel for 250k SPS staked sps holders in the Splinterlands discord. Anyways, it's time to write my Splinterlands post for this week. I didn't manage to write last week but it's all good. I'm writing today and my focus will be on the last rebellion conflict airdrop. I will be covering this last summoner for the rebellion set that is going to shake the meta for sure. This dragon summoner's name will be heard and his name is none other than NIDHOGGR.
NIDHOGGR
NIDHOGGR is the last conflict airdrop for the rebellion set. It's coming in at 10 mana which I believe will be the highest mana summoner ever for Splinterlands once dropped. It gives a full enemy team debuff of -1 armor and -1 health but it comes at the cost of a new summoner ability called force reduction. Force reduction will reduce the team size by one which will make sense once I cover the tactical abilities.
NIDHOGGR is also able to give 3 units either blast, deathblow or +2speed and execute. Honestly, I think everyone will choose the +2 speed and execute in most cases if not all. It's just too strong and I feel if these abilities are combined with some ambush cards; it could be really disgusting. This could make up for the force reduction since there are some units that can be killed right off the bat in the ambush stage or even in the first round since the +2 speed will likely give opportunity units the chance to attack first and potentially get an extra attack with the execute.
I have participated in all airdrops for rebellion! This last one won't escape me either. I will be getting one of these NIDHOGGR's for sure and I'm hoping it will be goldfoil. I think this card will be sought out after since it'll come out big in high mana battles and I will want to own one.
