Wait you're not 18 isn't what you think it is. Don't call the FBI on me. I'm not talking to young girls to find out they are underage. I'm actually not really talking to any girls but I need to start sometime this year. People are asking where's my girlfriend and it's not like I don't want one but I just haven't found someone that vibes with me I guess. I've been more focused on myself and I will still maintain that this year. This will be almost my last year before hitting 30 and there's just so much to achieve.
Anyways back to the topic, wait you're not 18 is actually what people say to me. If you've seen me in real life, I look young and that's thanks to my Asian genes. The ultimate hack to looking young is being Asian! In fact, I'm going to be 29 this year! It's cute that people can believe I'm 10 years younger just from the way I look!
Where am I going with all this though? I want to answer a simple question on whether I would lie about my age to impress or influence someone. My answer to this is no. Personally, I'm not ashamed of my age. Having a higher number isn't all too bad since it comes with more experience and knowledge! In a way, I already do impress people by "looking young". Furthermore, if the person was to find out I lied, it would actually create a negative perception on me and I wouldn't want that.
On the other hand though, I guess I could see some girls would want to lie and say they are 18 because they want to be young and beautiful! All girls are eighteen anyways right? This kind of thing though is understood usually and not that big of a deal to lie jokingly about in my opinion.
If I'm not mistaken, this is a picture of me a year ago and I still look more or less the same now (I don't have a lot of pictures of myself). Don't be surprised but even 5-10 years ago I've more or less looked the same as I do now. I'm never aging looks wise at least for now!
Please don't tell me I'm the only one that thinks it's silly to lie about age to try to impress or influence someone! Let me know your opinion in the comments below. I hope you guys had a great weekend!
