Movie Review :
In the beginning of the movie, the robbers cannot be arrested by the police and an orphan named Shankar helps arrest the most wanted robbers interestingly by taking them to the police station. Seeing little Shankar's bravery, intelligence and talent, police officer CI G. Raja Ram takes it upon himself to raise Shankar like a son along with his only son Bharath. But in order to protect the honor of Bharath and his father, CI G. Raja Ram, Shankar gets himself arrested by the police as a false accused of murder. Shankar is seen growing up to become an honest, brave and intelligent CI G. Shankar or "Encounter" Shankar who works to destroy criminals.
On the other hand, villains like Damodar and his younger brother Durga are seen doing illegal business by destroying the country and people's lives. The two brothers have become such formidable powerful criminals that even the police, fearing them, join hands with the criminals to spread crime everywhere. At the same time, honest and talented police officers who are trying to punish Damodar are trying to run away with honor for fear of death. As a result, CI G. Shankar alias was given the responsibility to give due punishment to villains like Damodar. It can be seen that CI G. Shankar alias through his intelligence, bravery and honesty very excellently sees the excellent solution of all the problems through the death of all the criminals including Damodar.
