As seen in the beginning of the movie, a terrorist plans a massive explosion inside the country and the country's police come to know about it and attack.
As a result, Ruslaan, the youngest son of the terrorist family, became an orphan at an early age and police officer ATS officer Sameer Singh arranged for little Ruslaan to stay in an orphanage. It can be seen that the other children in the orphanage keep Ruslaan at a distance by insulting him as the son of a terrorist. As a result, Police officer ATS officer Sameer Singh and his wife adopted Ruslaan as their son as they had no children.
Despite being the son of a terrorist, Ruslaan grows up very well as the foster son of a police officer and aspires to become a patriotic secret agent despite being the son of a terrorist. However, Ruslaan is dropped from the mission by Secret Agent Heber due to his inability to control his temper after going on repeated missions.
