Hello everyone , how was your day?
This morning, I accompanied my mother to the market to shop for necessities. Lots of fresh vegetables, fish and chicken. I helped my mother choose the vegetables she wanted to cook today. As I was picking the vegetables I saw a banana neatly arranged next to the carrots. I took a banana comb and said to my mother that I wanted to buy these bananas. 1 banana comb is a lot and the bananas are huge at IDR Rp. 12,000 . My mother and I had finished buying vegetables and rushed home. When I got home I helped my mother cook to prepare lunch.
In the afternoon, I wanted to process the bananas that I bought earlier, but I was confused about what to make. Suddenly I thought why don't I just process this banana into banana kolak. I immediately rushed to prepare the ingredients for making banana kolak. I didn't use all the bananas I bought one comb earlier. I only used about 8/9 bananas. Then I measure the coconut and make the coconut milk. I immediately gathered the ingredients.
ingredients :
- 9 bananas or according to taste (I didn't use all the bananas I bought earlier)
- 200 gr sugar
- 170gr brown sugar
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 200ml water
- Pandan sufficiently
how to make :
- First I cut the bananas according to taste.
- Then, I sliced the brown sugar first to make it easier to cook.
- Then, prepare a pot for cooking banana kolak
- Put the bananas that have been cut into pieces into the pan
- Then, enter the brown sugar that has been sliced into the pan.
- Also add sugar
- Don't forget to add pandan so that it smells good and water into the pot
- After that, cook the bananas on medium heat and don't forget to stir.
- Wait a few minutes until it boils and the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Then, after a few minutes and really boiling add the coconut milk.
- stir until evenly distributed and wait a few minutes until it boils.
- After the banana kolak has been boiling for a long time and is considered ripe. Turn off the stove and let it rest for about 1 minute.
- Then, place it in a bowl and the banana kolak is ready to be served.
Well, that's how friends I process bananas into delicious food. This banana kolak can be enjoyed with the addition of ice. If you feel it's not right for you to eat on a hot day, you can add ice to enjoy it. I'm sure you will be addicted to the taste. If it is added with ice, the name will be kolding or cold kolak. With ingredients that are quite easy to get. I'm sure you guys will try it at home. Aren't you guys interested? . Good luck friends.
