These are not the best times for me in my personal life. It may not seem like it, but I am in a cycle of stress and a lot of work that is really taking its toll on me and to make things better, living in Brazil, things are ugly in terms of money, bills to pay and taxes. Everything is so expensive and so difficult that I have been thinking a lot of negative things, I lose my temper very easily and unfortunately I end up taking it out on my wife or my children every now and then.
I know it is not right and much less fair, but life is as an adult is complicated, when the government comes with such bad policies and focused only on collecting more taxes and seeing the prices of food, gasoline, cleaning products, everything increase so much, this has driven me crazy. Even though I always When I try to stay calm, I often lose the sense of patience and calm that I preach so much in my texts, so much so that my wife often asks me what's going on?
At that moment I always have doubts, should I tell her? Is it What should I do? Share my concerns or continue playing the man's role of bearing everything alone and protecting my family? Well, between one and the other, I think I'm balanced on this, because at certain times I speak up and at others I don't. But the funny thing is that we create a thousand scenarios in our heads, in mine, for example, I keep thinking that she doesn't care about anything I say, but that's where I was terribly wrong these days.
UnsplashWhen I mentioned some things and my concerns, she was very receptive and said that we should talk more, that I should stay calm and take it easy and that everything would work out. Since she also works, she would help me with some bills, not all of them because she also has hers, but she would help me with whatever was possible. Much more than just money, what won me over were just the sweet words and kind, saying that everything would work out if we both focused on this, on being calm and talking.
So, it may seem cliché and very simple, but the tip I can share is that if you are married or even in a relationship, it might be better talk to the person next to you, maybe they have a different idea or just calm words to reassure you. I was accumulating everything on top of me, so many problems and challenges, but life as a couple is to be lived together, So sadness, joy, worries, achievements, everything should be shared between both, at least that's what I think.
Will this solve everything? Probably not, but I felt calmer and lighter knowing that I can talk to her, release all the pressure that is on me and with that be able to move forward, in the daily battles to achieve my dreams and goals, as well as to be able to take better care of my family. I think sometimes we need to do this, put pride aside and talk more often with our spouse.

O momento não é dos melhores para mim na minha vida pessoal. Pode não parecer, mas estou em um ciclo de estresse e muito trabalho que realmente está arrebentando comigo e para melhorar, vivendo no Brasil, as coisas estão feias na questão de dinheiro, contas para pagar e impostos. Tudo está tão caro e tão difícil que tenho pensando muitas coisas negativas, perco a paciência muito fácil e infelizmente acabo uma vez ou outra descontando em minha esposa, ou nos meus filhos.
Sei que não é certo e muito menos justo isso, mas a vida de adulto é complicada, quando o governo vem com políticas tão ruins e voltadas apenas para arrecadação de mais impostos e vendo os preços dos alimentos, da gasolina, dos produtos de limpeza, de tudo aumentar tanto, isso tem me deixado maluco. Apesar de sempre tentar me manter calmo, muitas vezes perco o sentido da paciência e da calma que tanto prego em meus textos, tanto que minha esposa muitas vezes me pergunta o que está acontecendo?
Nessa hora fico sempre na dúvida, devo contar para ela? Será que é isso que devo fazer? Dividir minhas preocupações ou seguir com o papel de homem em aguentar tudo sozinho e proteger a minha família? Bem, entre um e outro, acho que estou equilibrado nisso, pois em certos momentos falo e em outros não. Mas, o que é engraçado é que criamos mil cenários em nossa cabeça, na minha, por exemplo, fico pensando que ela não se preocupa com nada do que eu disser, mas foi aí que me enganei terrivelmente esses dias.
UnsplashAo comentar sobre algumas coisas e minhas preocupações, ela foi super receptiva e falou que deveríamos conversar mais, que eu deveria ficar mais tranquilo e ter calma que tudo iria se resolver. Como ela também trabalha, ela iria me ajudar com algumas contas, não todas porque ela também tem as delas, mas que iria me dar uma força no que fosse possível. Muito além de apenas dinheiro, o que me conquistou foi apenas as palavras doces e gentis, comentando que tudo iria se resolver se nós dois focássemos nisso, em ter calma e dialogo.
Então, pode parecer clichê e muito simples, mas, a dica que posso compartilhar é que se você é casado ou até mesmo namora, talvez seja melhor conversar com a pessoa que está ao seu lado, talvez ela tenha um ideia diferente ou apenas palavras calmas para te tranquilizar. Eu estava acumulando tudo em cima de mim, tantos problemas e desafios, mas a vida a dois é para viver a dois mesmo, então as tristezas, alegrias, preocupações, conquistas, tudo deve ser compartilhado entre ambos, pelo menos é assim que penso.
Se isso irá resolver tudo? Provavelmente não, mas, eu fiquei mais tranquilo e me senti mais leve em saber que posso conversar com ela, colocar para fora toda essa pressão que tem em cima de mim e com isso poder seguir em frente, nas batalhas diárias para conquistar meus sonhos e objetivos, assim como para poder cuidar melhor da minha família. Acho que às vezes precisamos disso, deixar o orgulho de lado e conversar com mais frequência com nosso conjugue.
