Afternoon everyone ….

Day nine of twelve is upon us today. Vintage is my thing and Engelhard is the premium name in vintage metals.

Everyone has to of seen a silver prospector round by Engelhard by now. Well they also produced them in gold as well. And if you want to talk about low mintage, all of the gold versions are very limited.

The one that I am going to share with you today is a half ounce 24K gold prospector round by Engelhard. There were less then 7,500 of these produced, and who knows how many are still around.

This round is currently up for sale on eBay for $1,650. What’s funny is I actually think it’s worth more than that personally.
