Collecting silver rounds with Christmas motifs is such a unique and beautiful way to celebrate the season. Not only do they add a special touch to your holiday décor, but they also make wonderful keepsakes that you can cherish for years to come.
I found inspiration from @silver510, who has a growing collection of Christmas silver. So I have started my own collection, which I started last year HERE. I appreciate the motivation, @silverd510.

2023 Adoration of the Shepherds Silver Round
This Adoration of the Shepherds silver round was produced by Intaglio Mint in 2023.
It depicts the Nativity scene in which Mary shows the baby Jesus to the shepherds and other people who surround them with awe! It seems like this was the Intaglio Mint's version of The Adoration of the Shepherds by Guido Reni (1575 – 1642), an Italian Baroque painter.
His religious compositions made him one of the most famous painters of his day in Europe, and a model for other Italian Baroque artists.
The back has "Blessed Christmas 2023" in the center with an ornate background of flowers and leaves.
It is striking that Mary appears to be offering the child Jesus to the people who are adoring the infant. There is so much to be said about that!
Mary’s gesture can be seen as an expression of her love and devotion, sharing her most precious gift with the world. It emphasizes that Jesus is for everyone, regardless of status or background, inviting all to partake in his message and blessings.
