There's is no harm in looking at another home buy.

Something more compact... something manageable... one story or two stories, but something smaller.

What beats a rental property, is two rental properties!

My tenant is raring to, and more than willing, rent my house. He wants to bring his family over. He's a professor in UC Davis, which is in the next city over.

Then I can have his place rented to another out-of-town professor! In fact, there is a line (of three) professors waiting to rent his space. What with the convenience of the location and your own secure garage! It's a steal!

Take a look at this house. It essentially has all the features of a modern home. It is an energy efficient house.

A one story house, four bedrooms, three t/b, a guest toilet, and 3 car garage.

A large kitchen. With enough sitting space for a small party.

I can have a party of twenty people and I have enough space for more.

Ample backyard. Good space for a barbecue. This house is sprawling

A workspace... when I have to plan menus, do part of my work...

And a spacious pantry. Probably create more shelves upwards...

I will have to fill the wall with the TV...

This way to the master bedroom. I've never had my bedroom in this level before!

The master bedroom.

Small, but I can work with it. Double doors to the back yard.

King bed. Additional walk-in closet space to the right.

A spacious t/b, not as spacious as what I currently have, but it's okay.

. Is there a tub, I don't remember? Ample shower room...

A walk in closet, toilet. Oh, there is a tub to the left in front of the walf-in, I forgot to take a photo.

The following areas are towards the front.

Laundry room...

With utility sink and ample cabinet space.

The three other bedrooms:

ONE.

TWO.

And THREE.

One of the t/b...

The other t/b...

The guest toilet.

Oh my, I'd better wrap up!

Anyway, you get the idea

Hehehe... nice, isn't it!
I am trying to imagine myself in it.
I really don't like that the master's bedroom is near the living room.
I can convert one room into the music room...
Maybe a two-story house would be better.

It's beautiful in a cold, modern decor kind of way and I think it would appeal to many.

I on the other hand, prefer a more warm, inviting type of decor. Of course, my tastes would possibly not be the norm. I definitely need some vibrant color somewhere.

I have my home. Usually, people move to replace their home, but not in my case.

How many square feet, lovely? @silversaver888

The house is well-staged to appeal to the masses. I think they did a good job of conveying the house's best assets. If I had to add one thing, it would be another oven. I find that I need/want the double over as has always been really useful. The current trend is to put the Master Bedroom downstairs for the aging population that we have. I don't care for it. Every house that I have looked at with it, seems to be smaller or out of place in its location. I agree with you. Upstairs is where they seem best. (to me)

The use of vinyl planking is another really popular trend. Environmentally friendly and doesn't need to take trees down to put in a floor. I love looking at houses and I wait until the market drops before buying, things are a bit overpriced here at the moment. I had five rental houses that I only rented to the incoming person replacement, never having an empty house. It is a great way to supplement income. I can say that buying the best I can afford and keeping it well maintained was essential. I can see you do the same. If I won't live in it, I wouldn't expect anyone else to.

This was a great #MarketFriday post. I have a lot of fun seeking out potential builds. The only way I will go now is energy efficient to the max! ICF builds for me!

It took me over two years looking for the house in am in right now.
My home is ideal for me, and I am not convinced that I should move.
This is the first house that I look into.
Still, I may move and rent my house.

I so understand with my over 30 moves that it can be hard to find “The house” that is right for you.
Take it slowly and consider all options, is best. The “ new” house has to be right again otherwise it doesn’t make sense to move.

That is a beautiful house, very fancy, but still cozy-looking! I'm not sure what a "t/b" is, but looks like that's what you're calling a bathroom (i.e., "full bath" as opposed to "half bath" with just a toilet and sink)? Anyway, it's quite a stunning home! 😃

When I bought this property, it was ideal (still is). Did you know that it is two separate dwellings with it's own garage! I luck out, being one of the first to build here.
Yes, I'm just looking! And in my experience, it does take long to convince me. If the house is the house, I will know it @angiemitchell. Hahaha!

It's fun to look at different floor plans and look at how space was used. Me, I tend to visit raw land via the internet that's for sale around where we live now. I am not seriously looking, but there was one time that 50 acres really attracted me and it was a decent price. I can dream.......Take care my sister!🤗😘💖🌸

It is beautiful @silvertop. The downside is that the master's bedroom is close to the living area. and there is no family room, although I can transform one bedroom into the music room.
I am not too convince that this is ideal. I don't know 🤔

The house is really big with a lot of space, I personally love the interior and choice of colors. Also, enough light and a really beautiful interior... The kitchen is really very large and organized...
