An happy Thursday to all hivers here!
This morning the courier knocked at my door and it was an exited moment, because in the cardboard box there were some postal card I made on moo. com, the site I use to print my business cards and my postal cards. I use that site because I like so much the final result thanks the quality of the print and the quality of the paper, but the main reason it's that I can print more than one subject for just few postalcards.
Maybe you remember these postal cards, because I worked on the illustration around 4 years ago, when me and my hubby @paolobeneforti decided to create a little box with 10 different postal cards inside, all of them about famous characters from books or authors, all of them in form of a different animal. We sold the boxes in just few time before during the Christmas time and now, after some years, we thought to print them again. I painted 5 of them and the other 5 was painted by my hubby.
In the following pics you can see my 5 ones:
My new "friend" Goghi (the teddy bear I made days ago) decided to stay close to my postal cards. 😊
The characters I illustrated was the following ones:
Heathcliff (Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë)
Miss Marple (by Agatha Christie)
Emma Bovary (Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert)
Pennywise (It by Stephen King)
and the writer James Ellroy.
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
