Hello hivers, I wish you an happy Friday! The weekend is just around the corner and I hope in some less hot hours in the next 2 days, so we could enjoy a long walk outside of my home in a comfortable way. ^_^
This morning, as usual, I woke up soon to work on a new artwork I started yesterday. During these hot days I wake me up sooner than usual because after the lunch, cause the boiling air, I have some difficult to work with my brushes and colors. So, finally, I finished the piece and, in the following pics, you can see the final result:
As you can see, the subject is a young woman in profile. Since some months I have an idea in my mind about an human figure who can reminds a bird too or a bird that reminds an human figure. Along the time I tried to "create" something that could work as I want, but it's not so simple (just because every artist has a different creative process, not simple to explain it).
I think this one is not so bad, but I feel the need to study the subject again.
It's a mixed media (acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink) painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painted her so you can see the process too:
