Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all! It's another rainy day here, the atmosphere is a little grey all around, but it's common this kind of weather in October and I appreciate the sounds of the rain while I'm paiting. 😊
Yesterday, inisde our lab room, it was a lesson of the art class and so, while my hubby @paolobeneforti was teaching to his students, I worked on a new painting.
I had a small canvas on a corner of the lab and so I decided to use my oil colors to paint one of my usual subject in my own illustrative style: a red fish!
In the following pic, you can see the final result:
As you can see, It's a funny red fish with a long tail, similar to the one I painted days ago on a old paper box I upcycled.
It's an oil painting on a small canvas 13 cm x 18 cm ( 5.1" x 7") size and, as usual, I took some pics while I was painted the fish on my small working table (it was too small to use one of my easel) so you can see the process too:
Now this artwork is drying, but whe it will be ready I'll add this new piece to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new wall to decor!
