Hello friends!
I think this is the first time I'm sharing something in this community, which I find very interesting for its content. Surely, we all do something valuable during the day, and I believe it's both interesting and important to share it with other people in this community.
For example, yesterday morning when I woke up, since I had half a day off from work and I've had this easel that I bought at a used goods stall for €5 from a painter who had used it a few times, but then set it aside because I use others more often, I thought about how to revive it. I think it's important to give new life to items at home that we don't use.
I remember when I got this easel, it wasn't yellow but all rusty, and I restored it to new. I've never wanted to buy new things, and whenever possible, I visit these beautiful outdoor or indoor markets where you can find great deals.
Recently, I also had an old desk lamp where unfortunately the socket had been broken for some time, so I hadn't used it. Actually, I needed a lamp, so in a few minutes, I had this great idea. With some felt I always have at home because it's always useful and also recycled from other projects, and a bit of thread I borrowed from my mom, I managed to create a giraffe-shaped floor lamp.
This goes to show that sometimes all it takes is a bit of imagination and creativity to repurpose unused items and give them new life, not just for ourselves but also to give as gifts.
I'm also happy because I'll definitely give this to my sister, who will use it to decorate her children's room. Besides, I have a niece who is super passionate about giraffes and will be very happy to receive this!
