I'm back with the Rhyme and Read series and this time I try to summarize in poetry the most important principles from the book: Whatever You Think, Think the Opposite by Paul Arden
The book is tiny, yet it strongly impacts how we see things and teaches us to think differently.
In this poem I try to express a strong message about thinking differently, embracing mistakes, and finding success through nonconformity.
Dare to plant them, let them be sown.
When the world says "no," turn left or right,
In opposition, you'll find your light.
Color outside lines, be bold, be torn.
Break conformity’s chains, set yourself free,
In rebellion, you'll find the key.
Embrace the fall, let it feed.
For in the ashes of what you fear,
A phoenix of success will appear.
Twist and turn, rewrite your fate.
In the madness of a wild pursuit,
True genius takes root.
Let creativity and courage be your grip.
For in the world of thought and fight,
It’s the contrarians who reach the height.
