I managed to get into champion 3 early this time and made an attempt at a run to 2, but got smacked down, back into diamond and made it back not quite just in time, but too close for comfort.

By the numbers my performance is down a bit from last season, but it doesn't seem lower than usual so there's not really much to say about it, other than fluff, and do any of us really need any more right now?
If you said yes, then you're in luck because I just noticed my win streak is just a 6. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing 6. It's a respectable win streak... maybe even above average, depending on how you measure, but I still remember the glory days, at full mast, swinging 10s and 15s to the conclusion of a glorious THUD. It's hard to stand tall by such a smaller one, comparatively speaking, of course. I'm not knocking you 3s-5s. We all fit in somewhere, but you know.

I actually entered a tournament this season and got my entry fee back. Seems like that hasn't happened in quite some time, so, all that nonsense above about my average performance turns out to be a total crock. I did amazing'ish.

I'm pretty happy with my rewards this season. 6 is a far different representation of achievement when dealing with things on an EPIC scale, and even 3 can stand proud when in the company of LEGENDS, even if one of them was that mother !@#$%^&* Djinn Bilkja who can still get it in the neck. Never forget!

I recently started using the rental market a bit here and there, initially to fill in for splinters that were giving trouble finishing my daily quest, then one here or there just for fun, to try out new stuff, and I have to say, it's almost as fun as opening packs. Just rolling around with mercs feels bad ass, and your buddies never know what to expect from you. Case in point, and I quote "Fricken Chaos Dragon! Did you just rent that?!" The answer, was yes. I rest my case.
