WOO - Why Becky Lynch Winning the Women's World Title on RAW Makes Sense

Hi there everyone on Cent and Hive Community, following the injuring of Rhea Ripley the former Women's Champion a new champion has been declared.

The preceding week was a significant one for WWE, something big happened on RAW. Eventually, she had to relinquish her title because of illness.

It became very interesting this week because the women in wrestling were given an opportunity to compete against each other and determine who would take over as the new champion. Consequently, Becky Lynch won.

I read an article about it and it made me wonder. The article even suggested that perhaps WWE gave her the title due to the fear that she might quit.

It did make sense to me since if Becky’s contract is nearing its end, WWE would want to demonstrate how much they need her in their roster. One way of doing that might be by giving her the title.

Moreover, there was some talk about how hardworking she has been lately from these stories. She was seen at WrestleMania and many other matches.

That must be extremely exhausting! Hence, maybe winning the title was done in order to give her some space after so many fights really tired off

I am in agreement with what the article said. By lettin Becky win it, WWE has made a good move. In other words, it is like they are saying “Hey Becky we believe in you and we want you to be with us”.

And this is right because she has really struggled hard so she deserves some time off.

Now I wonder who will come next for Becky’s title challenge. Rhea Ripley is out; there is thus an opening for somebody else. It can possibly be Liv Morgan since she was defeated by Becky to become a champion or maybe another person that can fail to anticipate?

Generally, I think WWE has played its cards well by having Becky as the winner of the championship.

This emphasizes their concern on the wrestlers and desire to keep them happy. The victory also grants her some rest after all that hard work, which means she’s earned it. I just can’t wait for the upcoming events in WWE.

Alright, let’s get into the nitty-gritty of this.

To begin with, why Rhea Ripley had to relinquish her championship will be discussed.

She was injured and that is not a good thing for any wrestler; injuries are a normal part of wrestling since it is such a physical sport but I still feel bad when they happen.

Rhea Ripley is an amazing wrestler and I hope she gets well soon.

Now let us discuss the match for the new champion. It was a Battle Royal where all women wrestlers were in the ring at once and had to fight each other.

The last one standing would win. Becky Lynch won by being the only one left after all others women have been defeated.

But the reason behind WWE’s choosing Becky, I wonder.

This is what got me thinking. Apparently, there is an article that says that WWE may have decided to give Becky the title as a way of preventing her from leaving.

Every now and then wrestlers sign contracts that are due for expiration and they might opt not to renew them. In case the WWE suspects that a wrestler might leave, it may decide to let them win a significant match so as to persuade them into staying with it. And this is exactly what happened with Becky.

However, there is more than one aspect involved in this story. She has worked too hard recently in order to come this far. For instance, she was part of WrestleMania which is among the biggest wrestling events of the year.

Furthermore, she has also wrestled in several other matches. This must be very tiresome.

Therefore, perhaps the WWE believed that she deserved some time off and winning that championship would present her with such an opportunity.

I second what the article had to say. WWE’s decision to make Becky a title owner was a good one, though.

It is as if they are saying that “Hey Becky, we believe in you and want you around for some more time”. This is true because she has really worked her butt off so she really needs rest.

Now, I’m interested to see who will compete with Becky for the title next. Since Rhea Ripley is out of action, someone else can take this opportunity.

Perhaps it will be Liv Morgan who lost her title to Becky. Alternatively, somebody else may just spring up.

The overall opinion of me towards WWE in relation to this matter is that their decision regarding Becky winning the title was smart.

It shows their significance over people and ensures happiness among wrestlers. And it gives becky some well deserved time off after working so hard.

What comes next in WWE will be worth my expectations.
