I'm here to share my Splinterlands diary.
This is also my entry for the Splinterlands Weekly Challenge 👍
Here is my performance in this season. I only played in the Modern format. I thought it would not go well at the beginning of this season, but it turned out a good season. I was able to reach Golfd III and got good rewards.
1.SPS earning
- I got ~410 staked SPS from ranked battle/ brawl rewards and Tournament this season ✅
- I don't get any reward from the Nightmare pack anymore.
- I started joining some Tournaments. I had more enjoyment when playing Tournaments because of the capped level. I don't feel overwhelmed by the high-level cards in the same league like playing ranked battles. I think Tournament is a good replacement for Nightmare packs. Even though the Tournament reward is liquid SPS, I decided to stake all the Tournament rewards. It will help me to reach the year-end staked SPS target.
- Here is my Tournament performance. I will play more carefully in next season and hope to get a better rewards.
2. DEC earning
- I don't pay any attention to rental DEC earning because it's too little. I also want to keep more cards to play Tournament. As soon as the DEC earning is not negative, then it's fine for me.
3. Cards
- My deck value slightly increased to $233
- The current Soulbound reward will end soon and all the Soulbound reward cards will be unlocked. I hope to see a good jump on my deck value. Right now, I keep stacking the cards and upgrading to a higher level.
- I can only buy 99 Rare draws at the end of this season. I used 99 Alchemy Potion to get a double chance of Gold Foil. However, I only got 2 GF cards. It seems I was not lucky enough. In the future, I will not use Alchemy Potion in the Rare and Common draw anymore. I will save it for higher draw or chests. In my opinion, it's a better move.
- I upgraded 7 cards this season - 1 Gladiator and 6 rare reward cards. With this pace, I don't think I can get the max level summoners before the Soulbound end. That means I may need to buy them from the market.
4. My updated plan and target of 2024
- Join the Guild brawl regularly and upgrade my Gladiator cards to Silver league cap level. I changed my fray in the Brawl to Silver league and upgrading the cards is needed to have a higher win rate ✅
- Increasing my DEC contribution to the Guild to upgrade the Store to level 6 to buy the Blood Stone✅
- There is a #COLONY airdrop for staking SPS and I will regularly collect this airdrop. I got 9.66 COLOGY this season.

- I already withdrew all 144 Nightmare packs to Hive engine.
- I will regularly play Tournaments to get more SPS and stake them all.
- I stay in the Modern format.
