One of the first things you learn when you study photography is that photography is light, and if you want to achieve good captures you must learn to control it.
This word comes from Greek, phos means light, and it is the crucial element to be able to perceive and then transmit what we want through the lens of our camera.
In these photos that I present I proposed to do an exercise with natural light, using the sun's rays coming through the window at sunset. The idea was to play with the beams of light and observe how the features of a face can look so different depending on where the lighting is.
The expressions were also important to make sense of these shots, the concept of the poses was to convey some enigma and reflection, what do you think of the results?
Una de las primeras cosas que aprendes cuando cursas la materia fotografía es que la fotografía es luz, y si quieres lograr buenas capturas debes aprender a controlarla.
Esta palabra viene del griego, phos significa luz, y es el elemento crucial para poder percibir y luego transmitir lo que queremos a través del lente de nuestra cámara.
En estas fotos que presento me propuse hacer un ejercicio con luz natural, utilizando los rayos del sol que entraban por la ventana al atardecer. La idea era jugar con los haces de luz y observar cómo las facciones de un rostro se pueden ver tan diferentes dependiendo de dónde esté la iluminación.
Las expresiones también eran importantes para dar sentido a estas tomas, el concepto de las poses era transmitir cierto enigma y reflexión, ¿qué opinan de los resultados?
