Free will is when it seems like we as individuals have no one looking at us in that in which we are doing. The question is to be answered; there are questions in which you can't really say yes or no to it. This question is answerable by individuals. Yes, we might think that we are free, but to an extent there are areas in which we see that the free is to be answerable by us all.
A student in the university is studying without the parents and guidance travelling back for holidays or one function or the other is when we travelled back home. In spiritual life, the parents are not there to guide the person. In behavior, the parents are no longer there to caution their actions. In academics, whether the person is reading or not, the parents are not there, and then at the moment, though, calls go on, and our parents keep advising us all on what we should do personally. The ones in which we now know are the ones that would have the effects on us individually.
After the behavior, the effect, which is the one that comes from the actions, we indeed would be applauded or scolded based on our actions, so in as much as we would be at free will, our actions are still supposed to be defended by us all. When we are under control, I don't feel that they are free, as they are limited to some things in that in which we are doing. A situation in which we can't do what we are supposed to do because of one monitoring or the very other, then we are not really free. You want to do this one thing or the other, but the action is really affected by one decision or the other, in which we are truly not free.
My thought on this is that as far as we are, we are free, but in all our freedom there are limitations, and we are answerable to all actions in which we do, as actions have consequences for them. As one is free, there is still a need for actions that are in the right path to follow.
The applaudness given when one did something good is really amazing and the punishments are a result of actions that are not good. We are to do what we like, but the bad ones should have punishment. Stealing as an action because people have free will will not be left to go scot-free, as they would be answerable to their actions.
The punishment does not mean we are not free; we are free, but in all things in which we are doing, there should be a code, and it should be done in the very right way in which it is supposed to be done.
Accountability should always be done in all things in which we should always do.
