After the reflections come the shadows. It's magic and mystery again, especially in this place. But only here?
I've written about this before, so I won't repeat what my opinion and attitude towards shadows today.
But there is something else here.
Do you recognize the shadow? Shadow of a bridge. Old bridge. In the folk tales of my country, a legend about the building of bridges is often found. It includes magic, it also includes a shadow. And it's so common that it might actually have been true in the past. You know that when there are multiple sources for something, even if they are only hearsay, the probability that they turn out to be true is very high.
So that above was the shadow of a mysterious old bridge, today a tourist site, but being there, the tourist always feels something, there is no doubt about it. But more on it I'll tell you later 😊

Soul's Detour is a project started by me years ago when I had a blog about historical and not so popular tourist destinations in Eastern Belgium, West Germany and Luxembourg. Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you. |
