How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I always try to share something new with you. In its continuation today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. I really like cooking so I thought I would share as much as I can with you. Maybe someone will benefit from seeing this post of mine. Anyway, the recipe I am going to share with you today is the Bengali style delicious egg dosa recipe. Every step I have taken here is how I tried my best. I hope you will understand if you patiently look at my whole recipe post. And this is an absolutely new post only for the hive community.
Myself with my recipe
Ingredients:
Eggs
Salt
Rice husk
Water
First I put enough water in the rice husk. And I smeared the dolls well. And I left it like that for 20 minutes.
Then I broke two eggs and gave them some salt. Then I added more water and spread the flour together.
Then with the help of a round spoon I took the quantity of flour and spread it round in a pan. I like to eat this dosa of my eggs in a small size. You can eat it in large size if you want.
Then I turned it upside down and fried the dosa well. This is how I made a lot of dosa.
And this is how my today's delicious recipe - 'Bengali style egg dosa' has been prepared.
