which is knowing how to fly it.
Today I was able to fly my drone and I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures and videos while testing it. I happened to have crashed the drone multiple times today while trying to learn how to fly it with the controls.
While I was trying to fly the drone, I broke about 3 propellers today, though not at once but on different flights. As I was changing the propellers, it was breaking while I was trying to fly it. Now I don't have extra propellers, which means I would have to order for another set of propellers, which will cost money. Ordering for the propeller is not an issue but the delivery fee is quite costly. This means that If I am going to order for propellers, I would have to order for a large quantity so that if anything is going to happen, I would not need to order for more.
After I had broken the two extra propellers I had available, I had to search to see if there would be any left, but there weren't. So I thought of buying glue to merge a broken propeller so that I could make use of it but I didn't because I found a propeller that was still okay.
I told my supervisor about the issue I was facing with flying the drone, and he told me that there was an ongoing drone program in the school that I needed to visit; maybe they would be able to help me or teach me how to fly the drone. So I decided not to fly my drone and to leave the propeller I had left to an expert to fly and then I would learn from there.
I decided to follow my supervisor's instructions. I took my drone, met a friend along the road and told him about the issue I was having. Then he told me he knew the people running the program and that he would speak to one of them for me and yes, he did. He was able to do that and I was able to see someone to help fly the drone.
At first, I wanted to fly the drone to let the person see what I was talking about and at that moment, I said to myself, why not let the drone expert fly it himself. Then I gave him the controller to fly it but he requested that we change the position on a drone. At the moment, my friend was carrying the drone. Before placing it at the location we thought was fine, the drone expert guy's hand mistakenly pressed the controller on the drone; immediately, the drone began to fly on my friend's hand. His nervous system clicked and he threw the drone on the floor.
This was how the last and only propeller that I had left broke. I was really pained because I never got the chance to let someone fly the drone or learn how the drone expert would fly the drone. I accepted my faith and told myself, it was a blessing in disguise.
I just know one thing, at the end it would worth it all.
