I want to talk about the art and the ability to teach others.
The art of teaching is reflected in people who have the ability to make themselves understood to many people who, with different personalities and temperaments, know how to carry them and find a way for each one to learn in a different way.
When people teach, they have to have a broad knowledge of what they teach, if not, then they must prepare well before presenting themselves to their students, so that they do not lose their respect.
When explaining a topic or an event, all the people involved are nourished by this experience, since each one learns something about himself and the other. The one who teaches learns to clearly and concisely lead the receivers of him, creating new paths in his head to be able to reach the students. And the students learn and strengthen their knowledge, they can also realize that they were able to understand the subject.
The teaching process is great and helps each person grow on the path to knowledge. Each educator has a way of explaining and knowing how to reach students.
Personally, I believe that the foundation of the construction of a country is the educators because it depends on them how well the society is educated.
Educators can create a critical society full of new and possible ideas, education is not only about memorizing certain paragraphs, dates and so on, but knowing where each one of them comes from and knowing how to think in order to reach a solution or understanding of the issue to the best of its ability.
It is unfortunate to see educators who, when giving a class, find themselves lost in the subject because their knowledge is as basic or almost non-existent as that of the students. Bearing in mind the importance of education in a society, each one of the educators must make every effort to give their best and train people with critical thinking and with their own ideas, based on the theories that have made by the great scientists or inventors of the world
