Mindsets are all about the future of any child regardless of parents upbringing because times has continued to change things so rapidly. And this in general simply means a child’s goals in life will determine what he will turn out to be whether both parents are there, or an upbringing of single parents.
Especially as the era continues to change, many children who know what the want in life stands up to their parents telling them what their dreams are and which many parents has continued to adapt to by letting their children pursue their dreams, even many of these parents can be single mothers or fathers..
The issue with two parents bringing up their wards or being there for their children does not change anything in the life of a child if the child in particular does not have focus or determination because we have seen many cases where those without parents became great in life. And some children whose both parents are bringing up, turned out to be criminals. Who is better here and who is to be blamed? This is the issue of the mindset we are talking about.
Having you seen where children with both parents are misbehaving? Its not that a home with both father and mother is not an ideal hone for child upbringing, but sometimes things goes wrong affect the children in one way other other. Its either the father is not there to support the mother which might lead to emotions and will definitely affect the upbringing of the child or children, other that home turns into a mess due to how both parents keep fighting all the time. But a child can come out great being successful if he decides within his or herself to succeed.
And I have also witnessed a child who grew up with just a single mother because her father left them for another woman. It was never rosy through her upbringing but today she is so successful working in one of the oil companies. She was so determined knowing she must stand up for herself and that of her mother. This is a case of knowing what you want in life despite circumstances surrounding your upbringing.
Some children just focus on what they see everyday around their environment which can influence them, while others will not even put their minds to it because they have dreams and determination to achieve goals in life. These are children from parents, some both parents and others single parents.
We all know these things while we were growing up. For me my father was always there. As a business man then, he travels too often. But my mother was everything to us. She makes sure to keep check on us, telling us the right from the bad which helped develop our mindset on what we want in life. And I can tell you those days were different from now when comparing millennium and 21st century, but bad things was happening then too. Its left for a child to choose between right and wrong in upbringing knowing what you want for yourself which is mindset.
However, a parents absence in a child’s upbringing does not change what a child will be. Although sometimes circumstances can hinder a child in one way or the other through what he or she expects from parents, but this does not change a child’s mindset be it from a child from both parents upbringing or from a single parents because both desires love from their parents. And it still does not matter if they were loved as expected. What they decide within their mind is the only thing that will help them and their parents at the end as life should not decide for us but we should decide for life.
